Prioritization is done first to ensure that each service is booked which can later be compared to the total number of services available.

The Service Provider reserves the right to determine the next fee for each subscription.

The initial fee charged per visitor depends on the availability of services and their availability at different times and schedules

In special cases like booking during busy periods due to festival or peak season the service provider may ask for full payment before the actual journey this helps confirmation and hassle free booking.

Prepayment abroad is very convenient and the requested amount can be paid by wire transfer to the designated bank account or by paper authorization with the help of Master/Visa credit card.

Payment can be made by stamp or traveler’s check within India. Master/Visa / American Express credit cards are also accepted for listed transactions. Credit card payments are charged in addition to applicable bank fees in addition to the total amount due for the service.

Cancellation and other issues

Any service canceled due to unnecessary reasons must be indicated in writing. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund from the date you received the written cancellation notice.

 

Details on cancellation fees:

If canceled 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour cost.

15 to 29 days before arrival – 30% of the cost of the trip.

07 days to 14 days before arrival – 40 % of the tour cost.

02 days to 06 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost.

No refunds will be given if bookings are canceled less than 48 hours prior to arrival or if visitors fail to show
Refund

Refunds are determined based on the cancellation policy described above.

Refunds are non-transferable and as such will be refunded to the actual person making the initial payment.

Due to bank policies, refunds can take up to 2 – 4 weeks.

If the refund is transferred to a credit card account or a regular bank account, the applicable bank fee will be charged to the refund.

For a special route/visit, the cancellation policy will not be applied during peak hours. All disbursements this month will be treated as holdings. Please contact your service provider for specific options and packages. A special cutting system has been developed for this purpose.
